Alia Bhatt’s latest post on Instagram has left her fans in awe of her. The actress was dressed up to attend the engagement bash of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant. The pictures seemed to be clicked before the actress left for the party along with her husband Ranbir Kapoor.
In the post, Alia looks all decked up for the party with a mint green blazer kurta with sharara with elegant, beaded details. She accessorized herself with earrings and her huge solitaire wedding ring. The actress truly believed in less is more, which made her look classy and ravishing at the party.
Soon after she posted the pictures on Instagram, netizens couldn’t stop themselves from pouring love for her. A fan commented, “Wearing wedding ring after a long time.” While the other wrote, “Kaun bolega ye ek bacchi ki maa hai (who’s going to believe she is a mother of a child)”. People also called her ‘Santoor mummy’ relating to the popular soap ad which highlighted about beauty of a mother.
Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor along with many other industry friends, had attended the engagement of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant at Antilia. The couple nothing less than a treat for the fans who were eagerly waiting to see them. Post the birth of their daughter, Raha, in November, this was first party the couple attended.
On the work front the couple were seen on-screen in Brahmastra: Part One Shiva. Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Karan Johar’s Rocky aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani alongside Ranveer Singh, Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. She is also reported to get back on set post her delivery with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Baiju Bawra in the pipeline; she also has director Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zara with Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra. On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor is working on Animal, directed by filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga. He is also doing Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar opposite Shraddha Kapoor.
