Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor recently opened up in an interview about working with an ensemble cast. The actor has been featured in several ensemble films like Salaam-e-Ishq, Race franchise, Dil Dhadakane Do, Welcome and many more.
While sharing his views on ensemble projects, the actor said, “When you’re working on a show for so long, you invariably create a lot of memories and form a lot of bonds. We have our internal jokes which will remain internal; we shared a lot of laughs and some emotional moments as well. I really enjoyed working with the cast and crew, Aditya, Sobhita, Sandeep, Priyanka, Saswata Chatterjee, Tillotama Shome and Ben Jasper, everyone was fantastic! “
“When you spend more than a year together telling a story then there will be a lot of fun and emotional moments, there will be a lot of anger, sometimes frustration and sometimes jokes flying around. Overall, it was a very enriching and creatively satisfying experience”, Anil Kapoor further added.
Anil Kapoor is occupied with his upcoming project, The Night Manager, starring alongside Aditya Roy Kapur. It has released their first motion poster on social media. The series is a Hindi language adaptation of John le Carre’s novel of the same name. Produced by The Ink Factory and Banijay Asia, created and directed by Sandeep Modi and co-directed by Priyanka Ghosh, the series is slated to premiere this year on Disney+Hotstar.
Anil Kapoor was last seen in JugJugg Jeeyo starring Varun Dhawan and Kiara Advani in lead roles. Besides The Night Manager, the actor will be next seen in Animal. Helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, it stars Ranbir Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Rashmika Mandanna. He also has Siddharth Anand’s Fighter with Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone.
