Bhoool Bhulaiyaa 2 has recorded an excellent increase in collections on second Sunday after recording a good hold on Friday and increase on Saturday. According to estimates, the Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani horror comedy has collected in the range of Rs. 12.50 to Rs. 13.50 crores on its 10th day to take the total collections in the Rs. 122 crores range. The second weekend for the movie will end at around Rs. 30 crores propelling the film into the All Time Top 25 highest second weekend grossers.
Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 recorded an occupancy rate of around 70% during morning and early afternoon shows on Sunday. The film saw an increase in occupancy to nearly 90% over evening shows. The night shows were impacted by the IPL final else the collections would have been slightly higher. In fact, the mass dominated circuits witnessed a big jump on Sunday by around 20% in the afternoon and early evening shows.
The movie has already emerged as the highest grossing film till date for Kartik Aaryan by surpassing Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, which had collected Rs. 108.95 crore. With the current growth trend Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 will also emerge as the second highest second weekend grosser of 2022, after The Kashmir Files. In fact, trade estimates predict that the overall collections of the film could touch Rs. 150 cr. by the end of its theatrical run.
