Talking about his future wife, Raaj Shaandilyaa told the tabloid that he and Varsha met at the engagement of a common friend and later, kept on meeting. He also revealed that she is very critical of his work and it was Dream Girl that impressed her the most. “Usually, she is somewhat critical of my work even though I’ve written family movies. But, while watching Dream Girl with me, she said, ‘It’s a great family film, I hope it does well.’”

The filmmaker also said that he has two scripts with him and is planning to execute them soon. “I can tell you that I’ll be making two films in 2020.” He is planning to start the first one in Jan next year. When asked whether he will again team up with Ayushmann for this project, he said, “When I’m sure about the script, I’ll definitely narrate it to him.” We hope that just like Dream Girl, Raaj’s next project, too, will feature out-of-the-box content and strike a chord with the audience.
