Gauri Khan recently made her OTT debut as a host for a one-of-its-kind show based on interior designing called Dream Homes. We all know about her friendship with the ‘Bollywood Wives’ and of course, the owner of Dharma Productions, Karan Johar. During the second season of Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, Gauri mentioned that when she told her mother about Shah Rukh Khan acting in the directorial debut of Karan Johar, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, she never believed the filmmaker and did not approve of the decision.
She said, “I told mom Shah Rukh is shooting for Karan’s film. She reacted, ‘Bilkul nahi, woh kabhi picture nahi bana sakta’. Only there was one person who always knew that he is a genius,” she continued it by pointing a finger at herself, asserting that she was the only one who fully trusted the filmmaker-producer.
Speaking of Dream Homes, the show will feature celebrity guests who will be coming to Gauri Khan to design a special kind of space for them and Khan will be exclusively designing as well as executing it. The teaser of the show features Manish Malhotra, Katrina Kaif, Malaika Arora, Jacqueline Fernandez, and Kabir Khan as some of the guests on the show.
