How To Get Glowing Skin?

Every woman desires picture perfect beautiful and glowing skin. But there are a lot of factors such as pollution, sun and stress, bad diet among others that make our Skin look dull and filthy. These issues play the major role for your dull skin. So, we have tips for your clear and natural glowing skin.

1- Lemon and gram floor pack- 

Lemon cleanses, bleaches, and also removes Tan. So, take 1 spoon of lime juice, because lemon is rich in Vitamin C.

  • 1 Spoon of Gram Floor as Besan ( Gram flour is a natural exfoliator and removes dead skin cells.)
  • 1 Pinch of Turmeric powder as Haldi (Which is rich in Fiber, Vitamin C and iron etc)
  • 1 Table spoon of Curd as Dahi.(Curd is rich with a high amount of lactic acid which has natural bleaching properties.)

Mix it well and apply on your face, neck in night for better results. And wash it off after 15 min with Luke Warm Water.

2- Tomato Face Pack- 

Tomato is very good for skin. Increasing Fairness, Balancing PH, Tightening Pores, Treating Sunburn, Reducing Irritation and Curing Acne.

Instructions:

So,  cut 1 tomato and use little bit sugar on tomato, twist it around in the sugar to get even coating.

Massage on your face and neck gently and wash it after 10 min of massage, with Luke warm water.

3- Spinach Face Mask- 

Spinach as Palak is very Good in Vitamin B and Iron which protects your skin from the Harmful Ultra Violet Rays….and also Palak face mask Brightens your skin.

What You have to do is take fresh spinach leaves and grind them gently and then mix 1 table spoon of organic honey and you can add gram floor also for better results.

So mix this mixture well and apply on your face for 20 to 30 min….and wash it with normal water.

4- Coconut Oil Massage –

Take 1 or 2 table spoon of virgin coconut oil and lightly warm up the oil and apply on the face and neck.

  •  Massage for a few minutes in gentle circular motions.
  • Leave the oil on overnight. You can add some sugar to the oil and use it as a scrub to exfoliate your skin once or twice a week.
  • This remedy works best for dry and dull skin. Coconut oil locks the moisture in the skin and also nourishes it with essential fatty acids.

Other than this eats healthy food avoid junk food and drink lots of water.
