It’s a wrap! Tara Sutaria-Dhairya Karwa starrer Apurva concludes the shoot

Almost after two months, the makers of Tara Sutaria and Dhairya Karwa starrer Apurva concluded their shoot. To share the updates with fans, the makers of the forthcoming Bollywood film, Star Studios and Cine1 Studios, took to their verified social media handles and shared a post.

The carousel featured three photos of the lead actors along with the rest of the crew of the film. Instagramming the post, they wrote, “Teamwork is the best work. Ending 2022 on a high note as we wrap our film,” in the caption.

For the unversed, Tara Sutaria and the team of Apurva started shooting for the project from November onwards. They scheduled an extensive shoot in Rajasthan’s Jaisalmer. It was announced this year in July.

After the announcement, Bikram Duggal, Head of Studios, Disney Star, has asserted, “Apurva is a story that excited all of us at the studio from the word go and we knew we had an incredible thriller waiting to be told. We are proud to present a compelling narrative that is going to keep the viewers engaged till the very end,” in a statement.

Speaking of the project, director Nikhil Nagesh Bhat added, “I appreciate the faith put in me by Murad bhai for loving the script from the get go and for being given the opportunity to direct such a unique story. It is a script that will totally enthral viewers. I’m looking forward to collaborating with Star studios & eagerly looking forward to the entire process!”

Meanwhile, Tara had also spoken about the film and said, “I couldn’t have asked for a better script and as a young woman it makes me proud to be able to play Apurva. This is a story of a girl whose grit and inner strength is remarkable, and I’m thrilled to begin my journey in portraying a young woman whose intelligence, wit, and courage are the reasons she survives against all odds.”
