Earlier this weekend we saw Kriti Sanon stealing hearts at the red carpet of IIFA Awards 2022 held in Abu Dhabi. The evening became even more special for the actress after she won the Best Actress award for her Netflix film Mimi. Needless to say, Kriti was thrilled and even shared photos with the trophy on social media. Now that she is back to work and will be shooting for the Tiger Shroff starrer Ganapath, the actress was in for a surprise when the film’s team gave her a grand welcome.
Celebrating her win at IIFA 2022, the team of Ganapath planned a sweet surprise to welcome Kriti Sanon back on the sets of the film. The actress took to her social media to share videos of a surprising entry for her at the sets this morning when she arrived to shoot. In fact, a red carpet was laid out for her with balloons and pyro fireworks alongside.
She then had another surprise waiting in her vanity van as it was filled with bouquets of flowers spread out in the van and an adorable congratulatory note which described her as an honest, dedicated and talented actor who has come to win big. They also appreciated her performance in the film Mimi. A surprised and happy Kriti wrote, “Thank you so much Team Ganapath ???????? Made my day! ????”, tagging producers Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh at Pooja Entertainment and her director, Vikas Bahl.
Besides Ganapath, Kriti Sanon has a rather interesting line up of films in her kitty including, Adipurush with Prabhas, Kartik Aaryan starrer Shehzada, Varun Dhawan starrer Bhediya and Anurag Kashyap’s unannounced next.
