Mahesh Babu launches trailer of Nagarjuna starrer The Ghost

Nagarjuna starrer The Ghost is all set to hit the big screens soon. The film is expected to be high on action and we got a glimpse of it in the recently released trailer. In fact, superstar Mahesh Babu attended the trailer launch and also wished the team all the luck.

The trailer gives us a sneak peek into the storyline of the movie after introducing its main characters. It gives us insight into what is the film all about. The trailer shows Nagarjuna as a ferocious Interpol officer Vikram who promises his father and takes up the responsibility of escorting his sister and niece safely as he tries to protect them from a bunch of gangsters.

The trailer showcases some gripping, action-packed sequences along with some power packed dialogues of Nagarjuna. His character’s look is also quite trendy as his attires comprise of suits and also a uniform. Sonal Chauhan, who appears as Nagarjuna’s subordinate, is expected to add the hint of glamour. The film also features Gul Panag as Nagarjuna’s onscreen sister and Anikha Surendran as his niece. The trailer also shows The Ghost using his main weapon Tamahagane.

Speaking about it, a source close to the film said, “Director Praveen Sattaru was keen on making a film with family drama and emotional connect in order to make it appealing for all sections of audience. He was keen on creating an interesting narrative. The film is based on distinctive subject along with all the elements to lure different age groups and some stylish sequences that will definitely make it a thrilling rollercoaster ride.”

Mukesh G will be the cinematographer whereas Bharath-Saurab is the editor. Mark K Robin is the music director whereas Brahma Kadali is the art director of the film. Stunts are choreographed by Dinesh Subbarayan and Kaecha. With blessings of Narayan Das Narang, Suniel Narang, along with Puskur Ram Mohan Rao, and Sharrath Marar will be producing The Ghost under Sree Venkateshwara Cinemas LLP and Northstar Entertainment Banners. The Ghost will hit the big screens in cinemas on the occasion of Dussehra which is on October 5.
