South Korean actors Song Kang and Kim Yoo Jung are reportedly in talks to star in new fantasy romance drama My Demon (literal title).
According to the Korean tabloid Soompi, written by Choi Ah Il, My Demon is reportedly a romance drama about chaebol heiress Do Do Hee who is everyone’s enemy and the demon Gu Won who loses his powers one day as they end up living together.
Song Kang has been offered the lead role of Jung Gu Won who loses his powers. Meanwhile Kim Yoo Jung was offered the role of Do Do Hee who helps Jung Gu Won to recover his lost powers and along the way romance blooms.
In response to the reports of Song Kang’s casting, his agency Namoo Actors commented, “‘My Demon’ is one of the projects he has been offered.” Similary Kim Yoo Jung’s agency Awesome ENT similarly also clarified her casting reports stating, “It is one of the projects she is considering.”
