Rise, Roar, Revolt aka RRR, which created records at the Box Office Worldwide and even brought people back to the theatres, is all set to make its way to every household. After releasing on Netflix, the Ram Charan, Junior NTR starrer will now have its television premiere. The SS Rajamouli magnum opus, that also stars Bollywood superstars like Ajay Devgn and Alia Bhatt, will air on Zee TV on September 25 at 12pm.
Known for giving larger-than-life cinematic experience, the multi-starrer is one of the most expensive productions with a budget of over Rs. 550 Crores. The film was known for its cutting-edge visual graphics that made the story come alive on screen in the most extravagant way, received applause not only from the national film fraternity but also from the international industry. The period drama, loosely based on the story of Alluri Sitaram Raju and Komaram Bheem, was released in theatres around the world on March 24 and is now all set to premiere on Zee TV.
Set against the backdrop of 1920, the film is based on pre-Independence day and revolves around a virtuous friendship between a rebel played by Junior NTR and a duty-loving, sincere police officer aka Ram Charan. The film also features some jaw-dropping action and innocent romance. The telecast of RRR will happen on September 25 only on Zee TV at 12 noon.
