Shah Rukh Khan came to the rescue of Aishwarya Rai’s manager after her lehenga caught fire at Amitabh Bachchan’s Diwali bash.
Shah Rukh Khan saves the night in shining armour for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s manager at Amitabh Bachchan’s Diwali bash. The actor saved the life of Aishwarya’s rai’s publicist Archana Sadanand after her lehenga caught fire at the bash.
According to a report , the incident took place in the wee hours of Monday morning (October 28) when only a few guests were left at the party.
According to the reports ,Archana is admitted to Nanavati hospital after she suffered 15 per cent burns on her right leg and arms.”Archana was with her daughter in the courtyard when her lehenga caught fire. Those around were stunned and didn’t know what to do. Shah Rukh had the presence of mind, rushed to Archana, and put out the fire. He, too, sustained minor burns while dousing the flames with a jacket. His only thought was to put out the fire,” a source told the daily.
Shah Rukh Khan’s close friend Farah Khan, who also attended Big B’s grand Diwali bash, took to Twitter to talk about the same. She wrote, “@iamsrk mohabbatman to the rescue ! Praying for Archana’s speedy recovery ????”
