A while back Sushmita Sen made headlines for her apparent relationship with Lalit Modi. While the model turned actress received heaps of praise and appreciation for her candour, there were some who trolled her for her choices. However, this has never and will never faze her who staunchly believes in calling a spade a spade. But away from her personal life, recently Sushmita Sen like so many other took the time to watch the newest release Laal Singh Chaddha, and her review of the Aamir Khan starrer caught our attention.
Post watching the film, Sen took to the micro blogging website Twitter sharing her views of the film. Posting an appreciation tweet of the effort that went into making the film she wrote, “What a treat of beautiful performances!! ????????❤️ Congratulations to the entire team #LaalSinghChaddha loved watching the film!! ????????”
As for the film, Laal Singh Chaddha directed by Advait Chandan features Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan in lead roles. Released on Rakshabandhan, August 11 the film has been facing difficulties at the box office. Apart from the competition from the other release, Laal Singh Chaddha seems to have drawn the ire of some, calling for a boycott on the film. At the box office though, Laal Singh Chaddha despite a slow opening is expected to see growth in business over its opening weekend.
