Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan and Kajol starrer ‘Tanhaji: the Unsung Warrior’ is still going strong at the ticket window. The film was well received by the audience and the box office collection minted by the film proves the same. Directed by Om Raut, the film is based on the life of Maratha Empire’s military leader Tanaji Malusare. According to the recent report on Boxofficeindia.com, the film made 4 crore nett Monday which takes its total to 29.50 crore nett for the third week.
The film is showing no signs of stopping with regards to its impressive run at the box office. According to the report, Last year, ‘Uri – The Surgical Strike’ had a 37 crore nett third week in the same week and ‘Tanhaji – The Unsung Warrior’ will beat that.
The report also revealed that this will make it the fourth film in history to collect over 40 crore nett in the third week and its on target to hit the 40 crore nett mark at the moment.
The audience is all praises for the performance of Ajay Devgn. Apart from him, they also hailed Saif for his portrayal of the main antagonist Udaybhan Singh Rathore in ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’.
