To say Wednesday star Emma Myers is one of the biggest breakout stars of 2022 would be an understatement. She, who starred in the Netflix series which was headlined by Jenna Ortega, has become a fan favourite instantly. She has fan clubs, memes and viral moments dedicated to her. While she is enjoying this blissful moment in her career, Emma is a fan girl, herself. She is known to be a huge fan of the K-pop powerhouse group SEVENTEEN. And it turns out, she is literally getting all sorts of interactions from the group members, in recent times, from Hoshi and Dino.
Not too long ago, SEVENTEEN members Joshua, Mingyu, and Dino were seen doing the viral Wednesday TikTok dance challenge. While the video went viral on social media, Emma was ecstatic to see her favourite group members take on the challenge. She shared the post on her Instagram stories. She was quite surprised and even posted a picture of herself being absolutely shocked. This was followed by her recent attendance at the group’s Be The Sun concert in Atlanta. She shared a photo of Dino on her Instagram story which was reposted by the singer himself.
Just recently, member Hoshi did a live broadcast where he mentioned Emma Myers and said that he recently heard she was a CARAT (fandom name). He said, “Thank you, Emma. See you next time.” This response left Emma shocked once again as she thanked him in Korean and Hoshi reposted her message on his Instagram story.
Speaking to Teen Vogue following the release of Wednesday, the actress revealed had attended SEVENTEEN’s Newark show in 2020. “I don’t understand people who are sort of casual about something,” the 20-year-old said. “When I get into something, that is my whole personality for a very long time.” She has been a fan for over five years and she got into the group with the 2016 single ‘Aju Nice’.
Emma Myers will next star in the Netflix comedy Family Leave. She joins Jennifer Garner and Ed Helms, which is being directed by McG.
