Readers would be aware that the channel Zee TV acknowledges the contributions of actors, directors, producers, creative teams, and technicians who work round the clock to keep everyone entertained with the celebration of Zee Rishtey Awards. This year, the mega extravaganza will celebrate the amazing bond between the viewers and their favourite characters in a unique style with ‘Naach, Gaana, Hungama and Talent’ featuring multiple celebrities including host Bharti Singh and its actors like Shagun Pandey aka Meet Ahlawat, since it becomes even more momentous for the channel as it completes 30 glorious years.
Zee TV kick started the annual extravaganza of the Zee Rishtey Awards by hosting a special episode of ‘Naach, Gaana, Hungama and Talent’. It will feature all actors from the Zee fraternity which includes cast from different shows like Kumkum Bhagya, Kundali Bhagya, Bhagya Lakshmi, Pyaar Ka Pehla Naam Radha Mohan, Meet among others. Actors like Krishna Kaul, Tina Philip, Reyhna Pandit, Manit Joura, Sanjay Gagnani, Aishwarya Khare, Shagun Pandey, Kamya Punjabi, Debattama Saha, Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li’l Champs’ judge Anu Malik, Bharti Singh among others have already completed the shoot.
While all the actors were showcasing their talent during this special episode, Shagun sang the peppy song ‘Aahun Aahun’ along with a duet performance with Aishwarya Khare on the song ‘Dil Toh Pagal Hai’. The judges of the show were impressed with his performance. Later, the actor also received a sweet little surprise – a recorded video message from his parents. In the video, the proud parents spoke about how hard-working and a lovely son he is. While this left Shagun teary-eyed, an impressed Bharti Singh shared that she will be blessed if her son Laksh is even 10% of what Shagun is.
Bharti said, “I have recently become a mom and most of the time I am thinking about what my son would do when he grows up and what kind of person he will be. You are a multi-talented person, an all-rounder. You can sing, dance, act, play musical instruments, and do everything. If my son Laksh turns out to be even 10% of what you are, I will feel that Harsh and I have achieved everything,” she said to the onscreen Meet Ahlawat.
Meanwhile, Shagun Pandey too spoke about it saying, “My parents have been very supportive of me and my career. I am from Chandigarh and today as I stand here next to Jay Bhai and Anu Malik Sir, it is a very big deal for me. I have worked really hard to reach where I am today. I would like to thank Zee for making me capable of doing what I do today.”
