Ingredients:
- 1-litre plain/ sparkling water
- 1/2 cucumber
- 10-15 mint leaves
- 1 inch sliced ginger
- 1/2 lemon
Preparation:
- Take water in a detox water bottle/ a jar.
- Cut all the ingredients into small pieces and add them to water.
- Now squeeze the lemon juice into the jar.
- Let it sit for 1-2 hours before drinking.
