The seventh season of the popular chat show Koffee With Karan commenced last week. The show returns after a three year break and has made the move from television to OTT. In fact, though just one episode of the show aired, Koffee With Karan 7 has topped the charts as the most viewed OTT show of recent times with over 12 million views. Now, with the second episode slated to air on July 14, the makers released a trailer which features none other than Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor as celebrity guests. With these two, Karan engages in a fun filled session talking about boys they want to date and why their ex is their ex.
In the teaser, Karan Johar is seen starting off by grilling the two about their friendship to which Jahnvi interestingly responds, “So many people have told us that you guys bring out the obscene side in each other.” From there, the conversation fast moves to their love lives with the host quizzing them about who they would want to date. But what caught our attention was Sara answering Karan’s question about her ex, rumoured to be Kartik Aaryan, the actress add, “Because he is everyone’s ex”. Going ahead the two are invited to a game round where they are told to name films their parents featured in.
As for the show, Koffee With Karan 7 released on Disney+ Hotstar on July 7, 2022 with weekly episodes. After featuring Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt, the second episode of the show is set to feature Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor. The episode is set to air on Thursday July 14, 2022.
