Leaked! Ranbir Kapoor’s look leaked from the sets of Shamshera.
Apart from Ranbir Kapoor, the film also stars Vaani Kapoor in the lead role. Also, after portraying the role of real-life Sanjay Dutt in his last film, Ranbir will be actually working with the actor for the first time in this venture. Filmmaker Karan Malhotra is directing this project and it is set to hit the screens on July 31, 2020.
Ranbir Kapoor fans are over the roof because the coming year is bringing a lot of action, quite literally. Apart from Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra with girlfriend Alia Bhatt, RK will also be seen in a desi, high-octane masala film, Shamshera which is an edge of the seat adventure and is set in the heartland of India. It will have jaw-dropping action sequences and Ranbir Kapoor in a never-seen-before avatar whilst romancing Vaani Kapoor. Needless to say, excitement is at an all-time high and for all the right reasons.
In fact, things are about to escalate as Ranbir Kapoor‘s pictures and look from the sets have been leaked and are doing the rounds of the internet. The actor looks beefed up in a khaki vest with a gamcha tied to his head.
Talking about the movie, RK had said, “Shamshera is exactly the film I was looking for. While growing up watching Hindi commercial cinema, I had an image of what a film hero should be doing. Shamshera allows me to do everything that I had imagined and it’s a very exciting project for me. Karan is going to take me completely out of my comfort zone and I’m looking forward to this challenge.”
We were the first one, who had exclusively told you that Vaani Kapoor will romance Ranbir Kapoor in the upcoming YRF’s action-adventure commercial film Shamshera. And this casting is especially something that we are looking forward to as, after portraying the role of real-life Sanjay Dutt in his last film, Ranbir will be actually working with the actor for the first time in this venture. Filmmaker Karan Malhotra, who has previously helmed movies like Agneepath and Brothers, is directing this project. The makers are expecting to wrap up the film by 2019 and it is set to hit the screens on July 31, 2020.
