#WorldMentalHealthDay: Bollywood Celebs join hands together to fight fear, anxiety and stigma.
Today, on World Mental Health Day more B-town divas like Deepika Padukone have joined the good fight against fear, anxiety and the social stigma attached to it. Stars like Alia Bhatt, Madhuri Dixit even took to social media to remind that survivors are not alone.
Mental health awareness is the need of the hour and Bollywood celebrities are doing their bit to raise awareness. If you’d remember, Deepika Padukone did us all a big favour when she spoke about mental health and silent killers like depression. She did so to an entire country that was not used to celebrities being vocal about or talking about their struggle with inner demons and in a way, championed the cause for a lot more people who fight with anxiety every day. Not just opening doors, she sat there to have conversations about mental illness and worked towards removing the stigma attached to it.

#MentalHealth can affect life in an indescribable way. It's a sensitive issue & talking about it is still seen as a taboo in our society. It's time we break this myth. Know anyone in need? Talk to them, ask them how they are. Let them know you are listening! #WorldMentalHealthDay
